Sometimes things happen in life and we have no answers. As a Christian, I know that he is in heaven, cheering you on as a great Mom that I know you are. Does this ease the pain, no, you just keep existing and trying to move forward. I know you wish he was here. I wish he was here for you. I was remembering the time we brought Penelope home as a puppy and how well all had fun playing with her. And Rick always wanting to walk her to attract some girls lol.... Alot of things have changed lately and i havnt seen anyone from Daytona in a long time. But you popped into my head when I was telling my boyfriend about all the fun times I had and all the amazing people I had met in Daytona.
